Mindfulness as Nourishment and Healing

Living deeply in the present moment, we can touch the many refreshing, healing, and nourishing elements in us and around us. In this class we will look closer at our thoughts, feelings, and actions and where they come from. We will also discuss ways to recognize, accept, and embrace our difficult emotions with the energy of mindfulness, and how to cultivate a more peaceful mind. Following the teaching there will be a guided sitting meditation, walking meditation with instruction, and we will end with discussion with Q&A.
